This Privacy Policy explains how the study, exam‑preparation, and practice‑test apps published by DMP Enterprise LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handle information. It applies to all of our study and practice‑test apps, including but not limited to:

Permit Prep, PMP Prep, PRINCE2 Prep, CAIA Prep, CBET Prep, CCM Prep, CGFM Prep, FinOps Prep, ASVAB Prep, ProAdvisor Prep, and our certification study‑guide apps — and any other study, exam‑prep, or practice‑test app we publish under DMP Enterprise LLC.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Our apps are designed to work without collecting personal information. We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, or any other identifying information to use the app. We do not collect, sell, rent, or share personal data, and we do not track you across apps or websites.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

To make each app useful, the following is stored locally on your device only, and is never transmitted to us:

Your progress (for example, quiz results, best scores, and which cards or topics you have marked as learned).
Your app settings and preferences.
Your subscription or purchase status, as reported by Apple.

This information stays on your device. If you delete the app, this information is removed with it.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Optional in‑app purchases and auto‑renewable subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment card details. Apple may provide us with anonymized or aggregate transaction information (for example, the number of subscriptions) in accordance with Apple’s policies. 4. Third‑Party Services

Our study and practice‑test apps do not include third‑party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. The core functionality of the app does not make network calls; all study content (practice questions, flashcards, glossaries, and study guides) is bundled with the app and read locally from your device. The only external service used is Apple’s StoreKit / App Store, and only when you choose to make an optional in‑app purchase.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are intended for general audiences studying for exams, permits, and professional certifications. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because our apps do not collect personal information at all, no personal information is collected from users of any age.

6. Data Security

Because we do not collect personal information and your study data remains on your device, there is no personal data on our servers to be exposed. Information stored on your device is protected by your device’s own security features.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of an app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
