TurfCommand is a field-operations app for lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and other outdoor-service businesses. It is designed to keep your business data private and under your control.
Nothing is collected by the developer. TurfCommand has no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. We do not operate a server that receives your data, and we do not require an account to use the app.
All data you enter — customers, properties, jobs, schedules, time entries, estimates, and invoices — is stored:
Your private iCloud data is accessible only to you and is governed by Apple's privacy terms. The developer cannot see it.
If you use the crew clock-in/out feature, the app reads your device location at the moment you clock in or out and stores those coordinates with that time entry on your device / in your private iCloud. Location is used only to record where a visit happened. It is never sent to the developer or any third party, and it is not used for tracking or advertising. You can decline the location permission and still use every other feature.
When you open a job, route, or address in Maps, the app hands the address or coordinates to Apple Maps. That interaction is subject to Apple Maps' privacy terms.
Call, text, and email buttons open your device's Phone, Messages, and Mail apps with the customer's contact info pre-filled. TurfCommand does not send messages itself and does not transmit your contacts anywhere.
The TurfCommand Pro subscription is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. You can manage or cancel the subscription any time in your device's Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
TurfCommand is a business tool and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL.
