Mend is a practice-management app for solo massage therapists. We built it privacy-first: your practice data stays on your device and, if you enable it, in your own private iCloud account. We (the developer) never receive it.
To run your practice, Mend stores the information you enter:
annotations, treatment plans and outcome measures.
(Mend records the result; it does not process or store card details).
so it syncs across your own devices. This data is in your iCloud account and is not accessible to the developer.
Mend has no servers and does not transmit your practice data to us or any third party. There are no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
If you use dictation for notes, Mend uses the microphone and Apple's Speech framework. Recognition runs on your device whenever your device supports it. Audio is not sent to the developer.
Messages/Mail composer — you tap send. Mend never sends on your behalf.

You are the controller of your clients' information. Mend is a tool that helps you store it securely on your own device/iCloud. Please handle client health data in line with your local regulations.
Your data remains until you delete it in the app (e.g. delete a client, or Settings → Clear all data) or delete the app. If iCloud sync is on, removing data also removes it from your iCloud.
Mend is a professional tool and is not directed to children.
