Mend — Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms govern your use of the Mend app. By using Mend you agree to them.

1. License

Mend grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms (the standard Apple licensed-application end-user license agreement applies).

2. Subscription

14-day free trial for new subscribers.

Mend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of Mend.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
