Mend — Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms govern your use of the Mend app. By using Mend you agree to them.

1. License

Mend grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms (the standard Apple licensed-application end-user license agreement applies).

2. Subscription

• Mend is offered as an auto-renewable subscription: $8.99/month, with a

14-day free trial for new subscribers.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end

of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The free trial's unused portion is forfeited when you purchase.

3. Your responsibilities

• Mend is a record-keeping and scheduling tool, not medical advice. Contraindication

prompts and templates are informational aids; you are the licensed professional and are solely responsible for clinical decisions, consent, and recordkeeping.

• You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to your

practice and your clients' data.

• You are responsible for collecting client payments through your own connected

payment providers. Mend does not process payments.

4. Data

Your data is stored on your device and, if enabled, your private iCloud. See the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups (iCloud helps).

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Mend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of Mend.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
